This combined Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations, auditions, fashion shows, beauty pageants, workshops, sponsorships, designer registrations, exhibitions and other services offered by DFW India Glamlight and Designer Fashion Week (DFW).
Part 01
Refund Policy
This section explains how registration payments, event changes and exceptional payment issues are handled.
01 Registration Fees
All registration, audition, participation, enrollment, designer, sponsorship, grooming, exhibition and related fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable once payment has been successfully processed.
02 Participant Withdrawal
If a participant voluntarily withdraws from any event, audition or competition for any reason, no refund or credit will be issued.
03 Non-Selection
Registration or audition does not guarantee selection. Fees paid for registration or auditions are not refundable if the participant is not shortlisted or selected.
04 Missed Events
No refund or adjustment will be provided if a participant fails to attend an audition, rehearsal, grooming session, photoshoot or the main event.
05 Event Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, registrations will remain valid for the revised schedule. Refunds will not be issued solely because of a change in date, venue or timing.
06 Event Cancellation
If DFW India Glamlight cancels an event permanently for reasons within its control, the organizers may, at their sole discretion, provide either:
- A refund
- A transfer of registration to another event
- An event credit
The chosen remedy will be communicated to registered participants.
07 Payment Errors
Any duplicate or incorrect payment due to a technical error will be reviewed and resolved after verification.
Part 02
Cancellation Policy
This section governs cancellations and changes to registrations and events organized by DFW India Glamlight and Designer Fashion Week (DFW).
01 Cancellation by Participant
Participants may cancel their registration at any time by informing the organizers in writing.
However, cancellation does not entitle the participant to any refund, adjustment, transfer or credit unless expressly approved by DFW India Glamlight.
02 Cancellation by Organizer
The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, modify or reschedule any event due to operational requirements, safety concerns, venue issues, government regulations, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, the organizers may provide an alternative event date, venue, transfer of registration, event credit or another suitable remedy, at their sole discretion.
03 Force Majeure
DFW India Glamlight shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil disturbances, strikes, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.
04 Changes to Event Details
Schedules, venues, celebrity appearances, judges, designers, timelines and event formats may change without prior notice due to operational or logistical reasons.
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.
